It was hard work getting the pub ready and we felt like we were doing a 60 minute makeover just prior to opening the doors but we got there.

The George Hogg officially opened on the 13th of November 2010 to a very warm welcome from our guests.

From opening the doors at about eleven in the morning until the early hours of Sunday morning we were kept busy by what started as a steady stream of customers and ended up in the evening as a torrent.

We would like to thank everyone who came and hope you enjoyed yourselves, tha band and the hog roast seemed to go down well and going by how busy the bar was, we had managed to get the right drinks in. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
